Become a Board Treasurer & Help Make a Difference in the Biosphere

Are you an Accounting Professional looking to meaningfully volunteer up to 10 hours per month on a Governance board dedicated to ensuring sustainability and ecosystem protection in the Átl'ḵa7tsem / Howe Sound region?

Are you strongly connected to the area and committed to fostering understanding and respect for people and the planet? Are you committed to Indigenous reconciliation principles? If so, the Howe Sound Biosphere Region Initiative Society (HSBRIS) is recruiting a board member to fill the Treasurer position.

We are looking for someone with a sustainability, collaborative and Indigenous reconciliation mindset with particular expertise and interest in furthering ESG within the private sector that contributes to the future economic viability of the region.
