Hybrid Role: home office; travel for meetings/events

Location:  https://www.howesoundbri.org/location

Hours: 30 hours per week for 16 weeks from May to August *. Flexible hours with weekend and some evening work required

Wage: $21-24 per hour + travel depending on experience

* This position will be partially funded by Canada Summer Jobs.

OECM Project Director

We are seeking someone who shares their passion for Átl’ka7tsem/Howe Sound, biodiversity conservation, and working collaboratively with Indigenous organizations. This role requires in-depth knowledge and experience working with terrestrial ecosystems, and the ideal candidate must be living in or near Squamish. If you're interested in being a part of a team dedicated to environmental research and conservation, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
